Last night, I made Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins to celebrate the birthday month of my dear friend and frequent commenter on this blog, Crystal! They are pretty good, although maybe a little heavy on the chocolate chips. I know, I didn't think it was possible, either.
And I'm going birthday shopping at the San-ei this afternoon! WoooO!

So as of today I have a roomie...a married man who is a chef at an Italian restaurant. haha, long story there.
Pumpkin chocolate chip muffins should be my new annual bday cake.
Speaking of which, thank you for reminding me that my bday is coming up b/c I completely forgot about that.
